Recognition at Pinnacle Services has evolved over the company’s entire history, but especially over the last couple of years as it has become more intentionally woven into our business strategy and employee engagement initiatives.
This year, our 2016 Employee Recognition Event was hosted at Centennial Park. The party went off without a hitch and much fun was had by all! We recognized 180 employees and gave special recognition to two individuals. We recognized Meredith Jones for “going above and beyond the call of duty” and we recognized Christine Bernier for “Her strong leadership skills”.
Our employees are extremely important to us; their hard work and dedication to the agency is what makes Pinnacle Services strong and we will continue to recognize their achievements!
