Fox 9 news recently ran an in-depth story about the Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS) program. This is an innovative service that began as a result of the self-determination movement. The program has expanded in recent years to be available to many Minnesotan’s who receive waiver funding. Summit Fiscal Agency has been offering services under this waiver option since 2001.
